BulkoPin respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects the same from everyone who uses it. This page explains how BulkoPin handles content, and how to reach us with a copyright concern — a real process with a real, monitored contact address, not a placeholder clause.

1. How BulkoPin actually handles content

BulkoPin is a local export tool, not a hosting service. It does not store, mirror, or serve copies of Pinterest content from our own servers (see our Privacy Policy). When you use the extension, images and videos are downloaded directly from Pinterest's own CDN to your device — BulkoPin's servers never see or hold a copy. The one narrow exception is a capped, non-storage fallback proxy that some public web pages use to resolve a filename or work around a browser CORS restriction; it streams a file through in real time and does not retain it. Because of this, most of what a traditional takedown notice asks a host to "remove" doesn't exist on our side to remove — but that doesn't mean there's nothing we can do (see §3).

BulkoPin gives you a tool to export Pinterest content you already have the right to access with your own Pinterest account. Responsibility for the legality of downloading, storing, and reusing that content — including copyright, licensing, and any commercial-use restrictions — is yours, the user's. BulkoPin does not claim ownership of any content accessed through the service, and nothing here transfers Pinterest's or a creator's rights to BulkoPin or to you. This is the same commitment made in our Terms of Service, restated here with the full process.

2. This is not a Pinterest complaint channel

BulkoPin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. If your concern is about content on Pinterest itself — a pin, board, or profile you believe infringes your rights — Pinterest's own copyright process is the right venue; we have no ability to remove or alter anything on pinterest.com. This page is for concerns about BulkoPin's own site, tool, or the narrow proxy fallback described in §1.

3. Reporting a copyright concern

Notices are received by Hüseyin Memiş, trading as OCYHEAN TECH — the individual sole trader who operates BulkoPin. Email support@bulkopin.com with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is affected, and (if applicable) where an authoritative copy can be viewed.
• The specific BulkoPin URL, page, or proxy request you believe is involved — enough detail for us to locate it.
• Your name, a way to contact you, and your relationship to the copyrighted work (owner, or authorized to act on the owner's behalf).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

A notice missing these elements may still reach us, but a complete one lets us act on it far faster.

4. What happens next

We review every notice that reaches this address. Depending on what it describes, our response may include restricting the capped proxy fallback (§1) from serving the specific content named, removing or correcting BulkoPin's own site content, or explaining why the notice doesn't describe something within our control — for example, content already on Pinterest, or a file a user has already downloaded to their own device, which BulkoPin has no access to or ability to delete. We aim to acknowledge every notice within a few business days.

5. Counter-notice

If we've restricted something of yours in response to a notice and you believe that was a mistake — for example, misidentification, or your own use was authorized — email support@bulkopin.com with subject line "Copyright counter-notice" and include your identification of the material, why you believe the restriction was an error, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that this is accurate. We review counter-notices in good faith and will respond directly.

6. Repeat concerns

Accounts repeatedly and clearly named in valid copyright notices may be suspended or terminated under the acceptable-use terms in our Terms of Service.

8. Language

This policy is written in English. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only; if a translation and the English version conflict, the English version is authoritative and prevails.
