Refund Policy
BulkoPin is operated by Hüseyin Memiş (sole trader, trading as "BulkoPin"). We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer a clear money-back guarantee.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with BulkoPin for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. The guarantee covers monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and the one-time Lifetime purchase.
Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse — for example, requesting a refund after exporting unusually large volumes of content, repeat refund requests across multiple accounts, or violations of our Terms of Service.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. You can request a refund in one of two ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Or email us at support@bulkopin.com with your order email or transaction ID and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; access continues until the end of the already-paid period.
4. Renewals
Charges for automatic renewals after the initial 30-day window are generally non-refundable, but we review requests on a case-by-case basis where there is a clear technical or billing issue. Email support@bulkopin.com and we will look into it.
5. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence (for example the EU 14-day right of withdrawal).
