Terms of Service

1. Who we are
BulkoPin (the "service" or "extension") is operated by OCYHEAN TECH, the trading name of Hüseyin Memiş, an individual sole trader (the "seller", "we", "us"). By installing or using BulkoPin you ("user", "you") enter into a contract with Hüseyin Memiş, trading as OCYHEAN TECH, on these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.

2. Acceptance
Continued use of the service after these terms are posted constitutes acceptance. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and, if using the service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
3. The service
BulkoPin is a browser extension for Chrome, Edge, Brave and Opera that lets you export Pinterest content — any board, board section, profile, search result, or single pin Pinterest serves without a login; your own boards, board sections, and saved/unorganized pins; and Pinterest's own related-pin suggestions for a pin — as ZIP, PDF or CSV files for content you have the right to access. It works inside your own logged-in Pinterest session in your browser — it does not bypass Pinterest's access controls, does not ask for your Pinterest password, and does not host or mirror your downloaded media on our servers (see our Privacy Policy). The Free plan is offered without charge and is rate-limited (currently 50 downloads per rolling 24-hour window, counted from each download rather than reset at midnight). ZIP archives, saving straight to a folder, CSV, JSON and Markdown metadata exports, video and GIF downloads, and original-resolution files are available on both plans. The Lifetime plan removes the download limit and adds the PDF contact sheet, Parallel Download, download history synced to your account, Markdown's full column set, and the metadata.json file written inside an archive — always subject to the fair-use limits below. BulkoPin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Industrial-scale automation is not permitted on any plan — fair-use limits apply.
Your responsibility toward Pinterest: BulkoPin gives you a tool to export content your own Pinterest account can already see. You are solely responsible for complying with Pinterest, Inc.'s own Terms of Service when you use BulkoPin — nothing in these terms overrides, waives, or supersedes any obligation you have to Pinterest.
4. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the extension for your own use within the plan you have purchased.
5. Acceptable use
- Only download content you have the right to access and use.
- Respect the intellectual-property rights of original creators of any pin.
- Do not use BulkoPin to harvest Pinterest content at industrial scale or to evade Pinterest's terms of service.
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or spam use; no malware, no security probing, no automated crawling or harvesting of BulkoPin itself.
- No reverse-engineering, redistribution, resale, or circumvention of technical limits.
6. Intellectual property
The extension, its source code, branding, documentation, and all related materials remain the property of Hüseyin Memiş, trading as OCYHEAN TECH. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
7. Pinterest trademark
BulkoPin is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. "Pinterest" is a trademark of its respective owner.
8. Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Your order is placed directly with us: OCYHEAN TECH is the seller for every order. Card payments are processed on our behalf by a licensed payment institution, which handles the card transaction on its own secure page; we never see or store your card details. Billing, applicable taxes, cancellations, refunds and all customer service for an order are our responsibility, not the payment institution's.
The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment — it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
9. Service level
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features — or the service as a whole — at any time. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, see our Refund Policy for what that means for your Lifetime purchase.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
BulkoPin is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is capped at the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms or of applicable law, including any infringement claims relating to content you download with the extension.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using and uninstall the extension at any time, which terminates the agreement on your side.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
16. Language
These terms are written in English. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only; if a translation and the English version conflict, the English version is authoritative and prevails.
